Different from global brands: Samsung, LG, Sony, Panasonic, and Daikin which are well-known for high quality but prohibitively expensive products, and China brands: Media, TCL, and Haier concentrate on mass production, low-cost strategy, Casper proactively customizes their products based on local consumers’ demands and income.
