The Scale Up Program supports entrepreneurs leading companies in tech, tech enabler who wants crack the inflection point of high growth. This program equips founders with the mindset strategies, and frameworks to scale leadership, teams and especially, finding growth drivers—foundational elements of building world-class, enduring companies. Participants are expected to prepare a short but clear snapshot of each topic before the actual session. Active participation and discussion input from every participating entrepreneur are highly encouraged.

Scale Up Is Your First Step Into Our Endeavor Community
Join a community of the world’s fastest-growing, high-potential entrepreneurs. Scale Up by Endeavor is a global set of programs designed to boost the trajectory of early-stage, high-potential entrepreneurs through curated mentorship, a peer-to-peer community of fellow founders, and the necessary resources to develop and execute a long-term growth plan.
Criteria
- Entrepreneur must be a founder.
- At least 2 full-time employees besides co-founders.
- Company must be based in Vietnam.
- Company must have product-market fit.
- Company must have product-market-fit and be generating above $1M in annual revenues.
- All industries are welcome to apply as long as the solution is tech-enabled and not service-based*.
*Endeavor does not work with consulting firms, marketing agencies, event planning agencies, financial firms and other service-based companies.
The most promising founders from a region are invited to participate in our selection process to become Endeavor Entrepreneurs, a lifelong program dedicated to leaders committed to building great businesses and paying it forward to their community.
