Endeavor Vietnam Sponsors 3,000 SARS-COV-2 test kits
In light of the complicated situation related to the second surge of the coronavirus (COVID-19), Endeavor Vietnam has promptly sponsored The Quang Nam Province Centre for Disease Control (CDC) 2,000 SARS-COV-2 test kits. These test kits have been timely supportive for the province of Quang Nam, which was in urgent need to test a series of people with suspected COVID-19 infection.
Previously at the April peak of the pandemic, Endeavor Vietnam also provided 1,000 rapid test kits for the General Hospital of Tay Ninh Province. Both rounds of the sponsorship from Endeavor Vietnam valued at 1.5 billion VND, which was contributed by the board members-entrepreneurs of the network.
The new locally transmitted COVID-19 cases from July 25th until now is recorded at 691 in 13 provinces and cities, which all epidemiologically linked to the Da Nang hotspot. As of September 9th, Vietnam’s Covid-19 tally is now 1,054 with 868 recoveries and 35 deaths. 14,199 people are now in centralized quarantine facilities and other 23,274 are staying under home-quarantine.
The world currently has 27,753,168 cases with 19,841,196 recoveries and 902,108 deaths. USA and Brazil has the highest numbers of total cases and total deaths. In Southeast Asia, Philippines and Indonesia have the highest infected cases and death tolls.
