Since its launch in 2019, Endeavor Vietnam has supported 33 companies and a network of 38 talented entrepreneurs. To become a member of the network, entrepreneurs undergo a rigorous selection process that can take up to a year to complete.

Position Summary 

As the Senior Associate for Marketing and Communications at Endeavor Vietnam, you will play a crucial role in executing our marketing strategy and enhancing brand awareness. Your focus will be on developing the local entrepreneurial ecosystem and positioning Endeavor as a leader in Vietnam and the Asia-Pacific region. To join our team in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam,  you are a dynamic, self-starting professional, passionate about entrepreneurship. You must be a mature, structured thinker and a hustler, skilled in delivering engaging stories and content. 

Responsibilities

• Build brand awareness and create marketing campaigns aligned with Endeavor’s global identity.
• Manage Endeavor Vietnam’s website, blog, and social media platforms, ensuring engaging content and measuring performance.
• Develop press releases, maintain media contacts, and position Endeavor’s leaders as thought leaders in entrepreneurship.
• Plan and execute events, conferences, and community initiatives to foster relationships and expand Endeavor’s reach.
• Collaborate with the global team and network members to leverage resources and insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience in marketing or related fields.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their potential for marketing.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships and seize new opportunities.
• Creative thinker with a growth mindset and ability to execute tasks efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in English and Vietnamese, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
